Welcome to our High School Youth page! There are many things happening at Faith Lutheran Church, join us Sunday mornings for Sunday School at 9:15 a.m. in the Youth Room, Sunday evenings for special events, and youth group on Wednesday evenings starting at 7:30 p.m.
We are a part of the Southeastern Iowa Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The Lutheran Youth Organization gives us a voice in the larger church.
Purpose Statement
The LYO of the Southeastern Iowa Synod is a ministry of, for, by, and among youth. It exists to support congregational youth ministries and to provide opportunities for youth to gather to be encouraged in their faith and build relationships with each other and God. As a result, the youth are able to have a voice that is heard, recognized, and valued by the entire Church while being inspired and equipped to witness and serve others in the name of Jesus Christ.
