Youth & Family Ministries — Youth Nurture

We have groups for all ages, from our Wednesday Night Live program to regular middle school and high school activities, you'll find a place to connect with friends at Faith.

Faith does not have A YOUTH GROUP!  We have many, many Youth Groups that are always ready to welcome you.  Be part of our Sunday School, children’s programs, Vacation Bible School, Day Camp, Sr. High activities, Middle School events and multigenerational adventures!

You can't teach faith.  You catch faith!  Faith children, youth and teens are invited to catch the faith and share it with others.  Some events are focused on your needs - some events events might include other groups - some events allow teens to share their gifts.  We offer variety in a nurturing community.

Wednesday Night Live — Begins September 22

Wednesday Night Live is an evening of adventure! Learning, sharing stories, talking about what God’s Word and love mean for us, fun fellowship, hanging out together, sharing a meal, praying and laughing and worshiping together.

All children and youth in grades 2 through 12 are welcome to join us each week.

Our goal is to share in caring conversations, empow- er children and youth to lead lives of practical disci- pleship by learning how to talk about God and about the story of God’s people and His love, and to create an environment that includes and values all. We hope you will join us for the journey.

Lutheran Youth Organization

The LYO of the Southeastern Iowa Synod is a ministry of, for, by, and among youth. It exists to support congregational youth ministries and to provide opportunities for youth to gather to be encouraged in their faith and build relationships with each other and God. As a result, the youth are able to have a voice that is heard, recognized, and valued by the entire Church while being inspired and equipped to witness and serve others in the name of Jesus Christ.
